A non-refundable deposit is required for all online bookings to secure your appointment. Changes can be made to your appointment if made with more than 24 hours notice, in which case, the deposit will be transferred to your next appointment or held as a credit on your account.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding of our commitment to staff and other clients.
No shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the case of late arrivals, the appointment duration may be adjusted to avoid inconvenience for other clients. No shows will be charged the full service amount of missed appointment in order to book any future appointments.
